June to September is the rainy season and is not considered the best time to visit this city. Since thunderstorms occur quite frequently in summers, hence June to September months are also best avoided. From December to February is the dry season and is considered to be the best time to travel to Miami.

Miami has a tropical climate and enjoys good sunshine year round. It is warm and humid in summers with thunderstorms and tropical storms being common. November to April brings in cooler times and lesser rains. It rains almost everyday in Miami from June to September, whereas months from December to February are dry.
