Passport & Visa Requirements

All foreign nationals coming to India require a valid passport.

India does not have a `visa on arrival` option. All nationals must acquire a valid Indian visa before their travel to the country, except nationals of Bhutan and Nepal who do not require a visa to enter India. Residents of Maldives do not require a visa for stay up to 90 days.

When to visit Delhi

The best time to visit Delhi is during the pleasant spring season which begins from February till April. August to November is also quite a good time as Delhi experiences quite a moderate temperature during these months.

Delhi Weather

Delhi is prone to extreme temperatures during both winters and summers. It is hot and humid during the summer months and quite cold during the winters. The summer temperature ranges from 25 degree Celsius to 46 degree Celsius (April-July), with a winter temperature that is as low as 2-5 degree Celsius (November-February).
