Every time I go to Santiago, I stay only in this hotel. It is a good hotel with all facilities. Though the hotel may be in need of a renovation, it is still a good place to stay. The staff is very friendly. The room service is perfect and will try to serve you to the maximum.

I stayed in this hotel with my partner. It was a pleasant stay here. The hotel is situated near the El Golf sub way stop. It is a good place for delicious food and wine. The rooms were kept clean and the staff was accommodative and cooperative. There was an internet center where we could access it for free. We did not have much to choose from the breakfast but the bread with fruits and cheese was nourishing.

I am a businessman and keep traveling to different places. Last month I went to Santiago for a business meeting. I checked in a single room in Royal Santiago Hotel. The hotel has all the amenities. It is relaxing to sleep in the cozy beds in this hotel. The fitness center or the spa, 24 hours room service and sauna are all wonderful. I simply loved it.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. It was an amazing place. Every time we wanted something, the hotel staff either guided us or provided with what we wanted. It is really a good place to stay. The interior of the hotel is decorated and it looks beautiful. The rooms were also comfortable. We recommend this hotel.

We planned our honeymoon in this hotel and it was a pleasure staying here. There were many choices to make and we picked this as many of our friends recommended it. We were treated in a royal way. The luxury of the hotel is such that any one would feel special here.

The comfortable rooms, good air conditioning, the bar, good rooms and great service makes this hotel as one of the best hotels in Santiago. My uncle stayed here for two nights last year and suggested me to stay. In my recent visit to Santiago, I had a good experience in this hotel.

I booked a double bed room as I was with one of my friends. This hotel is awesome. We pampered ourselves with the spa and also had a great fun in the pool. The rooms are good and the hotel is well decorated. It is a wonderful experience staying here.

It is a clean hotel and the location is best. It is close to the metro and I liked the hotel a lot. There are many hotels in Santiago but I prefer to stay here as the hospitality is praise worthy. Moreover the beds are cozy and the rooms are clean. The bathrooms are also kept clean and there are plenty of towels and bath robes. I really like this hotel.

My father and I stayed here for two nights. We were welcomed warmly. We got excellent services and the staff was friendly. My father is a non smoker and we were given a non smoking room. Good food, courteous services, good view and fabulous food captivated us and if we visit Santiago in future, we will stay in this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are many shopping complexes near by. I stayed here in November 2008 and I was very much impressed with the hotel. The view of the city is the major attraction of the hotel. Moreover, the room was comfortable and the services were wonderful.
