We were a group of friends who visited Jerusalem last November. It was a thrilling experience visiting the Western Wall which is also called as the Wailing Wall. We entered through the Old Gate and made our way through the crowded walkways. Every year huge crowd visited the place for its religious significance. We were truly amazed and experienced a pious feeling

There are many tourist spots in Jerusalem. This garden is one of the must see place. is located below the southeastern corner of the Temple Mount. When I visited the park, I found the remains of the structures of the royal palaces from the 7th century Muslim period. I also found stones which were once toppled by the Roman army when they invaded the Temple Mount. It was very exiting to pass along the passages of the place that holds such a great historical significance

It is a very pleasant experience to watch the ancient architecture with a glorious past associated with it. I and my friend visited this place and out of curiosity found out the history behind it. The Arch was discovered in 1838 by Edward Robinson and was named after him. It is a large stone protruding from the southern part of the Western Wall. It is really an amazing experience to explore such a wonderful place.
