Mexican Airlines offers easy-to-use web check-in facility for its travelers. The travelers need to check-in with their last name and booking reference or e-ticket number. They can further get their boarding passes printed and assign themselves seats in advance. The facility is available 24 hors to 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight

The baggage policy of Mexicana Airlines allows checked baggage weight limit of 70 lbs in elite class and 55 lbs in Economy class for all its domestic flights. For the international flights the weight restriction for checked baggage is 64 lbs for elite class (3 pieces), 55 lbs (2 pieces) for Economy class super saver scheme and 70 lbs (1 piece) for Economy Class flexible plus scheme. For the Cabin baggage the weight restriction is 5 lbs with one piece allowed per traveler. The overall size limit of the checked baggage is 62 inches and for Cabin baggage it is 45 inches.
