Bulgaria Air is the national airline of Bulgaria. The airline is based at Bulgarian capital Sofia, from where it operates regular flights to 22 destinations in 16 countries. The airline was founded in 2002 as a successor of the Balkan Bulgarian Airlines. Today Bulgaria Air has wide network and huge share in domestic aviation market. The airline covers regions such as Africa, Asia and Europe through its modern fleet of 19 aircrafts. Bulgaria Air was privatized in 2006 and is currently owned by Himimport Inc.

Bulgaria Air provides onboard services as per two levels of traveling - Economy and Business Class. The Business class travelers enjoy bigger and more comfortable seats for extra comfort. The travelers are offered welcome drinks before take-off and are later offered freshly cooked meals depending on the timing of the flight. There are wide choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tea and coffee as well. A separate member of cabin crew takes care of the elite travelers. In Economy class the travelers are seated in the economy class section and are offered light food, depending on the hour of the day, along with their choice of non-alcoholic or low-alcohol beverages, tea and coffee. All the travelers have access to the in-flight magazine, audio and video entertainment and onboard shopping.

There are certain set of rules as per the baggage policy of Bulgaria Air that travelers need to follow before boarding the plane. The baggage allowance for travelers in economy class is up to 44 lbs and in Business Class it is 66 lbs. The cabin baggage allowance over here is 22 lbs per traveler. The overall dimension of checked baggage is 62 inches and for cabin baggage it is 45 inches.
