In a world (and especially in the travel industry) where customer service has generally deteriorated, Globester stood out with their response times and enthusiasm to help. Even though booking on Globester Site was fairly straight forward and simple, but when I did have questions regarding changes I had to make to my itinerary due to a personal issue, I received quick email responses (usually within minutes) and phone calls providing details on penalties and other travel options from the support staff. If they continue to value their customers and keep the same customer focus, I will always come back to Globester.

Having traveled all over the world over the last over the last 20 years, I consider myself an avid traveler and sort of an expert on Travel. Globester is one of the very best companies I have come across when it comes to helping their customers. I purchased a ticket from Tampa to Nairobi from Globester. I missed a notification in the e-mail from the company that my schedule had changed. To make the matters worse, when I boarded the plane in Tampa, United did not even inform me that my flights from Washington DC to Nairobi were cancelled. Once in Washington DC, I called Globester on Friday at 9 PM EST. Customer service representative stayed on phone with me for the next 2 hours and was able to find me a flight next morning. In a nutshell, their customer service and support was truly EXCEPTIONAL. They have earned the right to be my first choice for air travel bookings. These guys are the best!
